These terms govern your purchase and use of the B9 Pre-Purchase Buying Guide (the “Guide”), sold by Ring Apex. By purchasing the Guide, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
A single PDF file: the Guide, including its field card, delivered electronically after payment. There are no tiers, subscriptions or upsells. One purchase, one file, delivered once.
License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Guide for your own vehicle purchase decisions. You may:
- read, print and keep a personal copy of the Guide;
- use the field card during a private inspection of a vehicle you are considering.
You may not:
- redistribute, resell, republish or share the file, in whole or in part;
- post the Guide's content publicly or use it to build a competing product;
- use it for any commercial purpose beyond your own purchase decision (for example, running a vehicle-inspection or -brokering business).
Not professional advice
The Guide is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for a professional pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic, and does not constitute mechanical, financial or legal advice. Vehicle condition varies by individual example, service history and market. Repair cost figures in the Guide are indicative estimates, not quotations, and Ring Apex accepts no liability for purchase decisions, repair outcomes, or costs arising from use of the Guide.
Accuracy and currency of information
The Guide reflects research current as of its publication date. Vehicle specifications, service intervals, part numbers and repair costs are subject to change by the manufacturer and by market, and may not remain accurate indefinitely. Where a figure or interval could not be independently established, the Guide says so rather than estimating it.
Trademarks
Audi, A4, S4, RS4 and quattro are trademarks of AUDI AG. Ring Apex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to AUDI AG or Volkswagen AG. These names are used in the Guide and on this site for identification purposes only, to describe the vehicles the Guide covers.
Payment
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for this purchase. Prices are shown in USD and charged in your local currency at checkout. See our Refund Policy for what happens if something goes wrong with your order.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ring Apex's liability arising from your purchase or use of the Guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without limiting any statutory consumer rights that apply to you in your own jurisdiction.
