This policy explains what information Ring Apex collects when you buy the B9 Pre-Purchase Buying Guide, and what happens to it.
What we collect
Ring Apex does not run its own checkout. Payment and checkout are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who collect your email address, payment details and billing information directly. Ring Apex never sees or stores your card or payment details.
The only information Ring Apex holds directly is:
- your email address, if Lemon Squeezy passes it to us to send order-related correspondence or as part of resolving a support request;
- anything you send us directly, if you email hello@ringapex.com for support.
How it's used
We use this information only to deliver the Guide, respond to support requests, and handle refund or delivery issues. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell, rent or share it with any third party beyond what's needed to process your order (i.e. Lemon Squeezy as payment processor).
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run its own analytics or advertising trackers. The Lemon Squeezy checkout overlay may set its own cookies as part of processing your payment; that collection is governed by Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy, not this one.
Data retention
We keep order-related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle support or refund requests, and no longer than necessary for that purpose. Payment records are retained by Lemon Squeezy under their own retention policy.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@ringapex.com. Since Ring Apex holds very little data directly, most requests about your payment information itself should go to Lemon Squeezy.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
