Refund Policy

This policy applies to the purchase of the B9 Pre-Purchase Buying Guide (the “Guide”) from Ring Apex. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for this purchase.

Change of mind

Because the Guide is a digital product that is delivered instantly and can be read in full within minutes of purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Once the file has been downloaded, the purchase is treated as complete. This is standard practice for instantly-delivered digital goods, since a refund window on a fully consumable file would function as a free trial rather than a safety net.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), or any equivalent statutory protection that applies in your own jurisdiction. Those rights exist regardless of anything stated above, and cannot be signed away by a store policy.

In practice, this means you remain entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if the Guide:

  • fails to arrive after payment has been confirmed;
  • is corrupted, unreadable, or otherwise fails to open;
  • is materially different from what was described on this page.

These are failures of the product, not a change of mind, and they are handled separately from the policy above.

How to request a fix or refund

If one of the situations above applies to you, contact hello@ringapex.com with your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve delivery or file problems promptly, either by re-sending the file or issuing a refund through Lemon Squeezy.

Payment processing

All payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Any refund is issued back through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, and may take a number of business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
